Orbit Classroom Tools
Orbit Classroom Tools seamlessly adds customized features to Google Classroom for
any institution to maximize
It is an internal tool for the School community. Signing in requires a school Google account (@..ac.th or @edu);
it does not work for anyone outside the school's domain, and it is not sold or offered to the general public.
What it does
🎀 School branding
Applies the school's own colours and crest to the Google Classroom interface, so it is immediately recognisable as a Satit Chula system.
✅ Attendance
Lets a teacher mark students present or absent directly on the Classroom People tab, review past records as a month grid, and export them to CSV
🚦 Workload indicator
When a teacher sets a due date for a new assignment,
shows how many other assignments those same students already have due that day,
so deadlines do not stack up.
Privacy and data
The extension works only on classroom.google.com and the school's own backend.
It reads Google Classroom data read-only, as the signed-in teacher,
through the school's own Google Workspace — it cannot create, edit or delete anything in Classroom.
Attendance records are stored in the school's own database, administered by the school.
